• Fill the form and submit it to us.
• Make sure that you add 2 or 3 times that we can contact you, we don't want to interrupt your work!
• Wait for one of our friendly staff to call you. 
• Book your appointment.
• See you that day!​
• Make sure on the day of your session, you drink plenty of water before and after the session.
